Description

The EM400-TLD-N03GL from Milesight is an NB-IoT ToF distance sensor, suitable for waste management.

This distance sensor is equipped with a built-in 3-axis accelerometer to detect the position of the device, which can be used to monitor the opening and closing of the bin lid. With the built-in NTC thermistor, the EM400-TLD can monitor the temperature inside the waste bin and send a timely warning if combustion occurs.

The IP67-rated housing ensures that the sensor is protected against dust, water and other environmental hazards, making it resistant to harsh environments. The PCBA is also coated, providing an extra layer of protection against moisture, dust and other contaminants that can damage electronic components.

By default, the EM400-TLD-N03GL comes with batteries, mounting kit and a 2-year warranty.

Key benefits

Laser ToF distance measurement from 2 to 350 cm with an accuracy of 20 mm
