Description

The WT304 from Milesight is an advanced room thermostat specially developed for 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil units (FCU) with 3-speed fans or ECM fans and 0-10V proportional integral valves for precise modulating control. In addition to 0-10V valves, the WT304 also supports 2-wire and 3-wire on/off motorized valves for maximum flexibility. With a 2.7-inch e-ink display and built-in temperature and humidity sensors, the WT304 continuously shows room status while the climate is monitored.

Via LoRaWAN, the thermostat communicates with gateways for remote management, and BACnet integration via Milesight LoRaWAN gateways enables seamless connection with building GBS systems. The thermostat supports 8 plans with 16 schedules each for flexible automation. With NFC configuration, keycard input, temperature control and dehumidify mode and freeze protection, the WT304 is suitable for hotels, offices and commercial buildings with advanced climate requirements.

How does the Milesight WT304 work in practice?

Are you buying the WT304? Then you get a premium FCU control with 0-10V modulating valve control for precise temperature regulation. Connect heating/cooling 0-10V valves and fan relays according to the wiring diagram, mount the thermostat in a standard 86mm or 60mm wall box, configure via NFC, and the thermostat modulates valve openings for gradual temperature control without on/off cycling. Via the LoRaWAN gateway you manage all thermostats centrally.

Premium hotels and resorts use the WT304 in suites for advanced climate control with 0-10V proportional valves that gradually open and close for stable temperature without temperature swings. Guests experience constant comfort without the abrupt cold/warm air bursts of on/off systems. Via keycard integration, the DI input automatically activates the climate at check-in. Via the LoRaWAN gateway and BACnet, the hotel GBS integrates all suites centrally, and the temperature control and dehumidify mode prevents high humidity in bathrooms that causes mold.
