Description
The VS133-P from Milesight is a People Counting sensor, based on Power-over-Ethernet, that uses 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology to count incoming and outgoing people.
This sensor has an accuracy of 99.8% and does not depend on a certain amount of light. In addition, this sensor measures based on depth (ToF) instead of images, achieving 100% anonymity.
With the capacity to store one million data records locally, the sensor enables users to monitor and track long-term statistics. Power can be supplied via a power adapter or Power-over-Ethernet.
The ideal installation height of the ToF sensor is approx. 3.5 meters. At this height the sensor has the largest measurement area. Of course it is possible to install the sensor lower; the minimum height is approx. 2.5 meters.
