Milesight VS341

Description

The VS341 from Milesight is a LoRaWAN People Counting sensor that uses both Passive Infrared (PIR) and Thermopile technology to detect the occupancy rate of desks.

The sensor uses both highly sensitive PIR and Thermopile sensors to detect presence extremely accurately. This dual detection mechanism fully registers movements and temperature variations in the target areas and contributes to highly reliable results, with an impressive accuracy of 98%.

The sensor is able to detect occupancy status extremely quickly, with response times of just 13 seconds for occupancy and 60 seconds for non-occupancy, enabling near real-time performance. For applications where effectiveness is crucial, this offers the valuable ability to obtain immediate responses and take timely action.

Thanks to its slim and lightweight design and the easy peel-and-stick-mounting option, this sensor is particularly suitable for large-scale deployments. It can be used in virtually any application, even in large quantities, with minimal power requirements and an effortless installation procedure.
